This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Smart Print Cart processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on our website.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Canada

We do not offer international shipping outside these locations at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing delays may occur during high-volume periods, product availability checks, or verification steps.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (when available)

Please note these are estimates provided by carriers and not guaranteed arrival dates.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address
  • Weight and dimensions of the items
  • Selected shipping method

Certain promotions may include free shipping for qualifying orders.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Tracking link
  • Shipping and carrier details

Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after dispatch.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address,
  • Missing apartment/suite number, or
  • Recipient unavailable

…you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

7. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Remote delivery locations
  • High seasonal volume
  • Clearance or customs (for Canada)

Smart Print Cart is not responsible for delays caused by external carriers.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product
  2. Contact us immediately at support@smartprintcart.com
  3. Include your order number and photos

We will assist with replacement or resolution based on item eligibility.

9. Lost or Missing Packages

If a carrier marks your package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check mailbox, porch, building office, neighbors, or secure delivery lockers
  • Wait 24–48 hours (packages sometimes scan early)
  • Contact us if still missing

We will coordinate with the carrier and help resolve the issue.

10. Shipment Restrictions (Compliance-Based)

To comply with shipping, carrier, and advertising guidelines:

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for certain items
  • Hazardous or restricted materials may not be eligible for all shipping methods
  • Orders ship only on business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Delivery cut-off times may apply for same-day dispatch

11. International Duties & Taxes (Canada)

Shipments to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are determined by local authorities and must be paid by the recipient.
