This Return & Refund Policy outlines how Smart Print Cart handles returns, replacements, refunds, and order issues. Our goal is to make the process simple, fair, and transparent for all customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is missing components or accessories
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging (within the allowed return window)

Returned items must include:

  • All original accessories and packaging
  • The order number and proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened ink cartridges or toner
  • Used printer consumables
  • Digital/software items already delivered
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

3. Return Window

Unless otherwise stated, the standard return window is:

  • 30 days from delivery date for eligible items

If a manufacturer warranty applies, customers must follow the brand’s warranty process for coverage after this period.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@smartprintcart.com
  2. Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Product name
    • Clear description of the issue
    • Photos or videos (if applicable)
  3. Our team will review and provide:
    • Return authorization
    • Return instructions
    • Shipping label (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or denied.

5. Refund Process

Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Refund method:

  • Refunded to the original payment method

Refund timing:

  • Typically 3–7 business days after approval
  • Processing time may vary based on your bank or card issuer

If a return is denied (e.g., item used or damaged by customer), the item may be shipped back at customer expense.

6. Replacement Policy

If the item is:

  • Damaged on arrival
  • Defective
  • Missing components
  • Incorrectly shipped

We may offer:

  • A replacement unit
  • An exchange for the same product
  • A store credit (in select cases)

Replacements are subject to availability.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once shipped, normal return procedures apply.

If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and may:

  • Offer an alternative, or
  • Fully refund the order

8. Shipping Costs

Return shipping may be:

  • Free, if the issue is caused by us (wrong item, defective, damaged, missing accessories)
  • Paid by the customer, if returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item, etc.)

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

9. Damaged or Missing Items on Arrival

If an item arrives damaged or with missing parts:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos
    We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue promptly.

10. Warranty Claims

Some products may be covered by a manufacturer warranty. In such cases:

  • Warranty support is handled directly through the manufacturer
  • We can assist you in starting the process if needed
